Although this item is new and unused, it has scratches across the entire surface due to being ordered online and shipped with minimal packaging. Also, to reduce shipping costs, it was shipped disassembled from the cardboard backing. The plastic hook on the left side has come loose inside and is therefore not secure. There were no issues with the operation. Please refrain from purchasing if you have any concerns. The item will be disassembled from the cardboard backing, packaged to prevent water damage, wrapped in cushioning material, and shipped as is. Price is not negotiable.
