I've used them for about a year and a half, having purchased them new, and used them quite frequently. The battery has almost no degradation. Regarding the external condition, the charging case has scratches, and there are scratches on the right earbud (see photos). Also, I've only used the ear tips currently attached to the main unit and two pairs from the second row of the ear tip holder; the others are new. However, they show signs of use, so please consider your purchase carefully. The product will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before shipping.
