Selling because it's outgrown! This is a navy dress with a glossy finish. I wore it for my child's graduation ceremony and other outings. The shape is puffy and very cute, and it was one of my favorites. Due to the nature of the fabric, it's prone to snagging when worn, and there are some areas where threads are coming out.
