This is a set used for design and drafting at the level of a Class 2 Architect. For color expression in architectural drawings, you should be able to get the bare minimum of colors by just adding black Copic markers. The compass has scratches on the case, but the contents are not particularly scratched and can be used without any problems. I was able to get by with just these templates.
