It doesn't feel scratchy♪ The size is listed as free, but I think it's equivalent to a Medium (o^^o) It's a thick, sturdy fabric, but the 73% cotton and 27% nylon blend makes it comfortable to wear without being scratchy. It looks bright in the images, but the base color is black. White, blue, and mesh ribbon are woven throughout the black fabric.
