This is a Hello Kitty clear file (A4 size) I received from Fukoku Mutual Life Insurance. It's a non-sale item I obtained in 2021. It wasn't in a plastic bag when I received it, so there are some minor scratches, but it's unused and has been stored in a drawer at home. I will put it in a plastic bag and ship it via Yu-Packet Post.
