It was in my parents' warehouse. It's an Asahi Kasei polo shirt. It seems to be a children's size. It is unused. The tag, which looks like Donald Duck, is cute. It feels stiff, possibly from sizing, but it seems breathable with its cotton and acrylic mesh fabric. There is a faint stain on the left sleeve.
