They are unopened, but the plastic bag only covers the top part of the uchiwa (fan), so dust may enter from there. The difference in the pinkish-red color in the background is due to the illustration's design. Please rest assured that it is not sun damage. The outer bag has wrinkles. Please understand this. The edges may be folded when shipped. Waterproofing and anti-folding measures will be taken when shipping. Shipping will be via Yu-Packet Post.
