Noh Mask "Zōonna" (増女) By Tangei, a Noh mask maker. 【Size】 Height 22 cm, Width 15 cm This is a work of my late father, who learned from the Kanze school. It has been stored in a closet for a long time after being made. The cardboard outer box is dirty, but the paulownia wood box and the Noh mask are clean. The mask will be wrapped in a Noh mask bag and shipped. A string will be included. I am also listing other Noh masks. ◾️ Ko-omote (小面) and Wakajo (若女) are generally used for young women wearing costumes with red colors. Compared to Ko-omote, it is slightly thinner and has a deeper expression, and does not show the brightness and loveliness of Ko-omote and Wakajo, but rather the appearance of a god or Buddha. It is also used for celestial maidens. It is said to be named after Zōya, the maker of this mask.
