This is a clear file from the Masahiro Chono brand, Aristerist. I believe this is a rare item as you don't often see clear files of Chono-san with his bare face. There are no noticeable scratches or dirt, but as it is an item from over 20 years ago, there is a slight small crease-like mark at the top of the back.
