This is an original line engraving tool for plastic models from our workshop. All of them are handmade by me, carved from super-hard materials. Photo 1 shows a comparison using a 1.5mm upper blade and a 2.0mm lower blade with a side handle, but this listing is for a single item of the size in the title. All photos are for reference, so please be aware that there may be slight differences from the actual product. The reference items and other items are not included (caps and cases are included). The overall length before polishing is approximately 12 cm, width 3 mm, and thickness 1.5 mm. For blade widths of 1.5 mm or more, the blade is oriented with a side handle like a chisel or scraper to accommodate the blade width. Currently, side handles are available in 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5 mm. Size changes are possible, but the price will vary: 1.5 mm is an additional 50 yen, and 2.5 mm is 50 yen less. If the item is out of stock, it will take time to ship, so please check the stock in the comments. If the item is in stock, I will change the size and price. Please note that size changes cannot be made after purchase, so please be sure to confirm the size before purchasing. Also, please refer to the other line engraving chisels that I have listed. Sharpening wide line engraving blades requires sharpening the long width straight without rounding it, and the area to be carved other than the corners is also large, so it requires advanced sharpening techniques. I don't think it's possible for users to sharpen them. The blade is designed specifically for resin, so it cannot be used on metal. It can be used for woodworking depending on how you use it, but I don't recommend it. The blade tip is extremely sharp, so please use safety glasses for safety. We also accept re-sharpening, including adjustments to the blade tip thickness, width, and angle, even after purchase. (If only the blade is sharpened, it will be slightly thicker and shorter.)
