US Navy shawl collar, 40s Change button I purchased this at a famous vintage clothing store in Tokyo last year, but I haven't worn it because I don't want to. I'd like to sell it at a low price to someone who will cherish it. It's been washed once, and still has some fuzz. The actual item looks blacker than in the images. It's a deep navy blue.
