This is a Harry Potter keychain from USJ (Universal Studios Japan). Originally, the light at the tip would illuminate with a button, but it no longer lights up due to a dead battery. Also, although it hasn't been used, it has been stored for a long time, so there is rust on the keychain part. The wand itself appears to have no visible scratches or dirt.
