I was using this until recently for live performances, but I'm selling it to organize my equipment. There are no included accessories. This is a sale of the main unit only. There are no operational issues. There are some scratches from use, but I think it's in relatively good condition. It's a solid and practical 3-loop switcher, typical of Providence.
