Second round of tidying up the in-laws' storage. It's hard to say whether these have been used much... Personally, I find these rimmed bowls useful, even as small plates. The rims are helpful for things like pickles, where the juice might run, or for simmered dishes, where food might spill over the edge. It's a small thing, but it's convenient. Also, this color complements both green vegetables (like spinach with soy sauce) and brown dishes (like meat). I think they'll be easy to use. These might become a set that gets a lot of use every day... (Wow, these are heavy! This is definitely going to be sent by courier.)
