Thermal insulation is important in winter, for elderly birds, sick birds, molting periods, and chicks. This product is made to order to fit your cage. Made of materials with excellent heat retention. Each panel is separate, so it is compact and does not take up much space when stored. I use it for my own parakeets, and it doesn't warp even with a 100W light bulb, and it maintains a temperature of 32 degrees Celsius. 【What will be made】 ① Top panel ② Back panel ③ Right panel ④ Left panel ⑤ Front part (if necessary depending on the shape of the cage) ⑥ Bottom panel (if necessary depending on how the cage is placed) ※ The cut edges of each panel will be taped (sealed). (① to ④ are mandatory, but ⑤ and ⑥ will only be made if requested) 【Material】 Polycarbonate hollow structure board (Harmonica Board) It is very light, has excellent insulation properties, and is not easily flammable. UV cut Operating temperature 110℃ 【Delivery condition】 Up to 6 separate panels will be delivered. Please assemble them at home by taping them together with cellophane tape or masking tape. 【About orders】 The sample photo is the size of my HOEI21. Please determine the position of the heat lamp, etc., according to your cage, and let me know the desired size when finished. Measure to ensure a few centimeters of distance from the heat lamp. Even for cylindrical or deformed cages, only a rectangular shape will be made. This is the price for a small cage case that can be made with one sheet of Harmonica Board. If the size requires two or more sheets of Harmonica Board, the material and shipping costs will increase, so the estimate is 15,000 yen or more. Please consult with me in the comments beforehand. Since it is handmade, there may be some distortion in the tape around the enclosure and the cut edges of the panels. The direction of the vertical and horizontal lines of the material is random.
