This appears to be a play glass or a miniature Perro cup. I believe I acquired it at a flea market or antique shop about 12 to 25 years ago. It has a small, teardrop-shaped handle on one side of the cup, which is very cute. There are manufacturing burrs on the inside of the cup's bottom, and there are a few small chips there. There appears to be a linear scratch inside the cup (please see the last photo). Overall, I think the condition is good.
