Flat measurements: Waist: 49cm Total length: 104cm, Thigh width: 35cm No fraying at the hem. There are no holes, but there is some white scuffing on the folded areas. The hem can be tightened, so it's easy to match with Vans, etc. Please purchase if you understand that this is a used item m(__)m
