We offer a monthly selection of recommended specialty coffee, which we roast after receiving your order and ship free of charge. Since we are not a coffee specialty store, but rather offer coffee as a side business, we offer it at a more affordable price than specialty stores. Some items have limited stock, so please order soon. Since we roast after receiving your order, you can specify the roast level. If you do not specify, we will prepare it with our recommended roast level. Also, we weigh the beans at 200g before roasting, so please note that the weight may decrease depending on the roast level. This week's recommendations are: ・Standard Coffee (Chef's Choice) x 2 ・This Month's Blend Coffee x 1 This is a set of three types: two types of standard coffee recommended by the owner, according to your desired roast level and type, and one type of this month's blend. You cannot specify the roast level for the blend coffee, but you can specify the roast level for the other two types. 〇What we can do ・Specify the roast level (We usually prepare dark roasts at Full City Roast and light roasts at High Roast.
