Thank you for viewing. This is an incense holder purchased at an antique market. Most incense holders from that era were made of metal or lacquer, but this one is porcelain with an Imban (transfer-printed) design. Fine Imban printing is applied. The colors are somewhat subdued. When I purchased it, I used it as a brush holder. There are two long hairlines (cracks). It's slightly unstable, but perhaps that's a sign of its age. Size: Height: 11 cm Width: 6.5 cm
