I purchased these as a nearly new item on this site about two years ago, and I also wore them for hiking four times. Karhu is a Finnish brand. The soles still have plenty of tread remaining. There are two spots on the left upper that could not be removed by washing. The right upper has been repaired where a small branch poked a hole. In my opinion, the comfort is similar to HOKA. You can still wear them for a long time. I am listing them at a low price, so please consider them.
