Thank you for viewing! This is a Rilakkuma mascot keychain. It seems to be a local series, Osaka/Kansai limited edition. It's a design I don't see very often. I haven't used it for long and have kept it at home. Because the paper fan is white, there is some slight fuzzing. The pull tab on the zipper on the back was attached, but it has come off (the mark is clean). Therefore, I have listed it as "has scratches and dirt." Otherwise, there are no noticeable stains and it is relatively clean. I would like to sell it to someone who understands the above.
