They should be fine for photos taken from a distance, but close-up shots may reveal the layer lines. If you're concerned, you can sand them with 800-1000 grit sandpaper (please ensure adequate ventilation when doing so). These parts do not have magnets and are attached/detached via pegs. Since there is only one peg, they may come off slightly easier. However, they shouldn't come off with a light shake after being attached, so they should be fine for everyday use. New and unused.
