Floral raincoat. There are no noticeable stains, but this is a personal inspection. As shown in the second photo, the flower print on the chest is slightly chipped. It's a poncho style, designed to be used for a long time. There are also places to put your arms through. The name of my daughter is written on the inside of the raincoat.
