The front fabric is made by placing scraps of old cloth and boro on a thin interfacing, layering cotton fabric, and sashiko stitching with a sashiko machine. The lining is made by sewing scraps onto cotton fabric with a sewing machine. Size: 22 cm x 23 cm How about using it as a pot stand, a vase mat, or a slightly larger coaster? I made this piece out of a hobby and wanted someone to see it, so I'm putting it up for sale. It's handmade by an amateur. There are imperfections in the stitching, and the spacing between stitches is uneven, so it's full of amateur qualities.
