Purchased on Amazon in February 2020. Made in France, stainless steel material. Used for one season to make sweet potato, but has been stored away since then. I've started decluttering, so I'm putting it up for sale. Two of the three included replacement blades are unused. There are no noticeable scratches or stains on the stainless steel parts. There are scuff marks on the blue rubber part of the handle.
