While it has been used for about two years, there is some deterioration and paint chipping. However, it was installed in a place where children are not around much, so it is in relatively good condition. It comes with an extension frame and can be installed in widths from 73 to 90 cm. All accessories are included. The extension frame is unused. The shipping label will be affixed to the outer box for shipping.
