This is a dark brown two-tone, high-end water-based ballpoint pen, the Exceed, made by Mitsubishi Pencil. I received it about 20 years ago as a prize or a gift, but it has been unused, stored in a desk drawer for a long time. I have confirmed that the black ink flows. The original UBR-300 (0.5mm) refill was discontinued in 2016 and there is no successor, but the OHTO C-305 is compatible. There are no noticeable stains or scratches on the body, but please understand that this is a long-term storage item before purchasing.
