A set of beautiful vermilion lacquered hikihai (wine cups) and a black lacquered haidai (cup stand). The vermilion cups are wooden, and the cup stands are resin. They are used to drink sake during chakaiseki (tea ceremony cuisine). In the tea ceremony, there is a custom called "Chidori no Sakazuki" where the host and guests pour sake for each other using hikihai. These items have been stored for a long time.
