Harvested in May 2024. 150g plus a little extra, as a bonus (^.^). These shiitake mushrooms are from Oita Prefecture, a famous shiitake-producing region. My father at home carefully cultivated them using natural methods, from logs cut from the mountains, aged for three years. They are packed with umami flavor and are delicious (^.^).
