I made a welcome garland out of felt. The size is about 6cm to 7cm. Three-dimensional flowers are attached to each letter, and a string is threaded through them. (The string is made long, so please adjust it to your desired length. Please be careful not to pull the string too hard, as it may come out.) Pearl-like beads are attached to the center of the flowers. Everything is hand-sewn and no adhesive is used. I can make it in other colors or with different letters, so please comment if you'd like.
