This is a Japanese-made super phaser from the 80s-90s. The exact year is unknown because the internal serial number and the label on the back have been removed. Both the adapter and 9V battery work fine. There is no noticeable scratchiness. A new 9V battery that was used will also be included. There are scratches and dullness on the exterior.
