This is an Xbox One wireless Bluetooth controller. It's rechargeable because it comes with the Xbox One Play & Charge Kit S3V-00016. Please check the second photo. The original USB cable is also included. The original box is not included. It's a little dirty, but there are no noticeable scratches.
