I'm not sure what kind of toy this is, but it's probably something like a puzzle ring. It's unclear if all the pieces are present. They are individually packaged in bags, and since they haven't been touched much, they appear to be in nearly unused condition. However, one of the box's clasps is missing, so it may not close securely. You can still close the lid and keep it closed. The box seems to have some scratches. The contents still seem usable.
