It appears to have been included as a spare and is unused. You can sew the button onto the clothing by wrapping thread around the ring, or you can pass the ring through a small buttonhole and secure it with a back button. I will also include two back buttons (old Tombow logo) for securing the button. How about using it as a spare when you lose a button, or for cosplay decorations?
