This is a Boris-shaped warm cushion from Studio CLIP. It has a pack of silica gel and ceramic balls in the pocket on its back, which can be heated in the microwave to gently warm you up. When not used as a warmer, it can also be used as a cushion. I've kept it in my car! I've never used it as a warmer by heating it in the microwave...
