This is a silk komon (patterned kimono) that I had made about 20 years ago. It's a chocolate-colored fabric with gold fringed pinks (nadeshiko) depicted on it. The obi (sash) is a mustard-colored fabric with a pattern of a heron pecking at grass, and it has the maker's mark. The obijime (cord) is the same brown color as the kimono, with white and gray lines for an accent. It was made for someone who is 158cm tall and a bit plump.
