This is a combination of a commemorative mount and stamps with a postmark dated November 11, 1999. This commemorative mount was issued to commemorate November 11, 1999 (Heisei 11, November 11), a rare date with six "1"s. It features two stamps depicting airplanes and one foreign stamp depicting a painting (Eugène Delacroix's "Liberty Leading the People"). The postmark on the left side is from "Hiroshima Miyajima." It was given to me by someone living in Hiroshima and has been kept in storage.
