I've owned several guitars from Yamaha's FG series, including nearly 10 FG-180s, an FG-500, and this FG-700, but this one is by far the loudest. It's been fully maintained in detail, so although it's an old vintage item, you can start playing it right away. The string height after adjustment is 2.5mm at the 12th fret on the 6th string, making it very easy to play. The saddle has been remade from cow bone. The strings are D'Addario.
