I purchased this from a vintage clothing store about 10 years ago. I believe the size is for women. The ribbon and brim are very frayed (see photos 3 and 4). The inside uses leather and is very lovely (see photos 5, 6, and 7). There is a pink mark on the left side of the underside of the brim (see photo 5). The inside has beautiful leather shine and satin details, but the exterior has a lot of fraying and tears, so I think it's more suitable for interior decoration than for wearing.
