Overall, it's in good condition with no noticeable scratches or signs of heavy use. There may be some minor scuffs on the blank, but there are no deep scratches and it functions without any problems. The grip area has no noticeable scratches, and I think it's in relatively clean condition for a used item. There are no issues with the guide rings, frame, or thread. A rod bag is included. Despite being an UL solid tip rod, it has overall stiffness and a strong butt section, making it versatile for light rigs. I've used it on a river bank with 3lb fluorocarbon line and it has the power to handle a 70cm carp without any issues. I am selling it because I am changing rod manufacturers.
