This is a Wizardry monster sticker from a Famitsu magazine supplement. It has been stored without being used, so there are no major scratches or stains. Some of the sticker is peeling, but this is on a part unrelated to the monsters. The bottom part, which should have the printing indicating it was a Famitsu supplement, is missing. There is also a small stain on the sticker in the lower right corner. Please check the condition in the photos before purchasing.
