When I searched using the image, I found images of Toubou-yu, a pottery studio in Tobe ware, so I think this is probably it. It's difficult to tell because the name on the back is gone, but I'm pretty sure I bought it in Tobe, Mie. I've only used it twice. It's a small ceramic mug with hand-painted floral decorations.
