Thank you for viewing. This is a Unibearsity outfit from the Disney Store. It's a necktie and a ribbon. After purchase, I put them on a plush and displayed them on a shelf. These were originally included with the Donald and Daisy-made plushies (M) Whip and Puffy. They're slightly different, but you can also put them on Duffy and other similar plushies.
