I'm upcycling a mourning obi (sash). The te-saki (end piece) is separate, so you can pair it with your own belt or sash belt. Alternatively, you can insert the te-saki and use an obijime (sash cord) to tie it like a regular obi knot (otaiko). Please check the size in the photos. The photos show the obi being displayed on a sponge covered with an obiage (sash panel). There is no noticeable wear and tear, and I haven't found any particularly noticeable stains, but please forgive me if I missed anything. This obi has a core. Thank you for your understanding of handmade and recycled items. It will be shipped via Yu-Packet Post. It will be folded compactly for shipping. There is no excessive packaging (only an inner bag and an outer bag), so please be careful not to use a blade when opening it.
