This is a genuine leather shoulder lead (crossbody lead). I have several of the same lead, so it hasn't been used much, but there are scratches on the metal fittings, such as the snap hooks. Both ends have snap hooks, and there is one O-ring and one D-ring. The D-ring can be connected to a snap hook to create a handle, allowing it to be used as a long lead.
