I was organizing my shelves and found this brand new cleaver knife. It's labeled as a "Clever Knife 150." I looked up cleaver knives, and they seem to be used for things like chopping through meat bones and tough vegetables. They're generally heavy and large. This one is smaller, weighing about 320g. It's considered a lighter cleaver knife, also described as a Chinese cleaver type.
