The top is a thin black shirt. The skirt part is knit. It has a camisole etc. underneath, so I think you can wear it directly over your underwear. When I, who am 170cm tall, wear it, it was just at the knee. I've only worn it a few times, but it was a gift, so please understand that it is a used item.
