This is a slightly smaller rice container that was stored inside the rice container I listed earlier. I don't remember if this one was used regularly. My parents hosted haiku and tanka gatherings at home several times a year, and my mother would be there, serving food and entertaining guests, so she may have needed to separate this one for family use. The hoops are made of copper, so I believe it's a bit newer in age. The close-up images show rust, dents, cracks, stains, and corrosion. The dimensions are: lid outer diameter approximately 25cm, height approximately 18cm, rice container inner diameter approximately 19cm, and depth approximately 13cm.
