This is the RIMS tom mount system from the once-popular Purecussion company. It gained fame through its use by Jeff Porcaro. The tom holder is not included, so please attach it to your own system. It has holes that allow for the attachment of holders from various companies such as Ludwig, YAMAHA, Pearl, and TAMA. It's for a 12-inch tom with 6 tension rods. These are difficult to find nowadays.
